　　符合国家产业政策和产业发展规划，是响应省委、省政府“两山一湖”旅游大开发战略，加快太平湖旅游经济发展，带动山区、库区农民脱贫致富奔小康的一个富民项目。该项目以黄山太平湖旅游为依托，结合太平猴魁历史名茶生产，以休闲度假为主题，把生态旅游、文化交流、农家休闲度假、购物品茶融为一体，在太平湖区域新明乡建设。

　　该项目所在区域一是自然风景秀丽独特，素有“太平湖小三峡”之称；二是寨山风光、神奇溶洞、观音岩洞遗踪、万亩竹海林、千年古纯林全在区域内；三是太平猴魁、樵山香榧等土特产品荟萃；四是人文景观丰富，茶圣陆羽传奇、茶商名僚佳话、周恩来和叶挺革命佳话等广为流传；五是民风纯朴、地理独特，宛如人间仙境，世外桃源；六是与太平湖总体规划中A点开发区一山之隔，相互补充，相得益彰。

　　该项目已完成规划和设计，交通等基础设施建设已经启动。

建设规模和建设内容：

　　该项目规划范围以浮溪口沿湖而下至曙光约25公里小三峡一带。由浮溪口接待区、豹儿坪生态茶园、三合游览区、豪家园农家乐园四部分组成。
浮溪口接待区拟改建道路5km，建停车场和接待中心；豹儿坪生态茶园拟改造茶园500亩，建设茶园观光道路3000M，休闲小木屋和小餐厅20余处；三合游览区拟建综合馆一栋（文物、资料、图片展览室和品茗、茶艺表演等），修筑1000平方米的游览道路；豪家园农家乐园拟建20个农家旅馆、20亩水面垂钓养殖场和3000M村中道路。

合作方式：

　　合资或独资。

合作内容：

　　景区、景点基础设施建设（不包括农家旅馆建设）投资入股，概算总投资约790万元。

项目可提供条件：

　　原则按《黄山区招商引资政策优惠办法》提供。

　　该项目由黄山区旅游局、农业委、新明乡政府组织，黄山中明茶业实业有限公司负责实施。该公司是一家专门经营太平猴魁茶专业性公司，公司生产的“六百里”牌太平猴魁茶是国家原产地保护注册产品，年销售收入在580万元以上，具有一定经济实力。

Background  and  construction conditions:

This project accords to our present policies on developing economics to speed up the developing of tourism in Huanhshan and respond to the calling of the committee and government of Anhui.

We plan this project and desire it to help the farmers in the mountain area become rich.

It depends on the advantage of geological position (near Mt .Huang shan and Taiping Lake)and rich natural resources here so that we can develop ecological tourism,culture exchange,holidays in Village,shopping and taste tea and so on..The area of this project will b e developed in XingMing Village.

It has special natural sceneries in this area:

1.A scenic spot called “Xiao Shanxia”of Taiping Lake.

2.It has magical caves ,the trace of Guanying Pusha, sea of bamboos ,forests aged more than thousand years,etc.

3.Special local products like famous Taiping Houkui,Chao shan Chinese torreya,etc.

4.Rich and varied cultural history resources,like the legend of LuYu,short stories about famous businessmen and officers in the history,anecdotes about Primier Zhou Enlai and General Ye Ting,etc.

5.Friendly and honest people and the harmoious envioment here.

6.It is close to the overall project estate of economic developing in Taiping Lake, which makes a good supplement and benefits for both.

  Preparation or progress:

  The overall plan and design have been completed,roads and other basic foundations have been started.

  Size and content:

   It starts from Fuxikou,along the Taiping Lake,to ShuGuang near Xiao Shanxia,about 25 kilometres long,contains 4 parts :reception Centre in Fu xi kou,Ecological Tea garden in Bao er ping,tour area in Shan he,“Nong jia le”in Hao jia yuan.

1.       In Fuxikou,we plan to re-build the road of 5 kilometres long,prepare parking area,and reception Centre.

2.       In Bao er ping ,we will re-build Tea Garden of 500 are,road to the garden of 3000 metres,more than 20 wooden houses and small bars in different places.

3.       In Shan he,a multiple building (including exhibition rooms for historical relics and documents ,tea house ,and room for tea performances,etc.) and a road of 1000 sq metres will be built.

4.       In Hao jia yuan,we plan to build a village with 20 houses for tourists to rest in and a pool of 20 are for raising and fishing,and roads of 3000 metres long.

Mode of cooperation.

 Cooperative investment or independent.

Cooperation content:

Cooperate to start the basic construction(not including the small houses in the village).The total investment needs about RMB 7,900,000.

Status of the Chinese Partner:

  The project is organized by the Tourist bureau of Huanshan District,the  Agricultural developing Committee of Huangshan District and the local government of Xing Ming,perfomered by Zhong Ming Tea trade Co.ltd.It is a special company that runs Taiping Houkui and owns a regestered trademark of Liu Bai Li Houkui,which protected as National Original products.The company is of certain financial foundation and gains a sale income above RMB5,800,000 each year.
